Junior Architect

Qualification: B.Arch / Dip.Arch
Exp: 0-6
Venue: Porur / OMR / Chennai / Cenotaph road
Required Skills: Fluency in Auto cad. Vray or any other rendering software is must. Knowledge in Photoshop & Microsoft Office. Designing Residential, Commercial and Office Interiors. Knowledge in Sketch up (or) KDx Max. 3D Drawings if required. (Basics is enough). Must be a team player.

Civil Engineer

Qualification: B.E Civil / Dip.Civil / Any Deg
Exp: 0-6
Venue: Porur / OMR / Chennai / Cenotaph road
Required Skills: Be able to calculate the measurements in depth on site. Well experienced with Auto cad & other software. Knowledge in Photoshop & Microsoft Office. Designing Residential, Commercial and Office Interiors. Be able to compare & evaluate BOQ's in depth. Knowledge in Sketch up is preferable. Must be a team player.

Interior Designer

Qualification: UG Deg in Interior Design
Exp: 0-6
Venue: Porur / OMR / Chennai / Cenotaph road
Required Skills: 3d designing of Architectural interior & exterior. Excellent software skills in Autocad, & Sketchup Knowledge in Photoshop & Microsoft Office. Designing Residential, Commercial and Office Interiors. Additional Software skills in Photoshop,& Lumion Must be a team player.

Senior Marketing Officer

Qualification: MBA / Deg
Exp: 0-6
Venue: Porur / OMR / Chennai / Cenotaph road
Required Skills: (Excellent Communication) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken. Good communications skills. Coordinate with architects, and channel partners deliverables. Only Female Candidate Required. Must be a team player.

Delivery Boy

Qualification: Graduation not required
Exp: 0-6
Venue: Porur / OMR / Chennai / Cenotaph road
Required Skills: Candidate should have 2 wheeler & Driving Licence. Basic Knowledge of Routes Well Dressed. Preferable Male Candidates only. Excellent Communication. Only Male Candidate Required.
